As a Campaigns Operational Lead, you will be given a chance to build a career as unique as you are with global scale, collaborative, inclusive culture and technology practices. You will work closely with business leaders across the UKFS practice, provide your unique voice and perspective, and help cultivate knowledge, insights and best practices for delivering exceptional client service and marketplace wins. Your core focus will be to work with stakeholders at Partner and Director level to enable business decisions by leveraging data analytics and reporting.

Your key responsibilities

  • Implement operational strategies for campaign management to drive business growth.
  • Provide senior leadership with actionable data insights to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Design and prepare dashboards and reports that communicate critical business indicators for senior leadership review.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports that offer a holistic view of the business pipeline and revenue.
  • Source and aggregate insightful data from internal and external sources to inform campaign strategies.
  • Utilize digital platforms, automation tools, and analytics to refine existing processes for increased efficiency.
  • Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders, disseminating key campaign information and updates.
  • Independently manage project planning and provide operational execution across campaign initiatives spanning all 3 sectors Insurance BCS and WAM

  • Understand stakeholder requirements based on business context.
  • Manage and drive initiatives, clarify objectives, priorities, scope changes and timelines.
  • Collaborate with opportunity and data owners to ensure sales, pipeline and revenue data hygiene.
  • Develop and facilitate end-to-end network meetings for the senior leadership.
  • Coordinate projects, initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate and work with leadership networks and adapt to various social styles.

Educational qualification

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in in Business Management or Commerce or any relevant course

Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in program management within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from conception to completion
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with experience in client-facing roles
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic business environment.
  • Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various programs
  • Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables
