Associates – C&I coordination, Preparation of artifacts, Research & Special projects
Job Description:
The Associates are responsible for C&I coordination, preparing artifacts and working on research and special projects. Their work will involve creation of different types of content including newsletters, documentation & reports, brochures & flyers, webpage & social media content, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Content & Insights team’s coordination of activities, engage in preparation of artifacts, and execute research and special projects.
- Develop different types of content such as success stories, newsletters, mailers, documentation, reports, brochures, flyers, webpage as well as social media content.
- Maintain smooth and efficient work flow while managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
- Support clients in the use of collaboration software being used in the client experience
- Offer ideas on how to approach client challenges including industry trends and user experience
- Communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences using sketches, storytelling, mood boards/storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and/or data visualizations

- Proficient in editing and proofreading
- Familiarity with design and layout concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience in a related field. Experience in design and content creation is preferred.
