Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • and enable cross-channelsinventorymovement
  • Drive inventory optimization by leading or being involved in different cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage Inventory related KPIs: inventory / NS, stock turn, months cover etc.
  • Leadinventory clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Strategy

  • Simulate on a regular or ad-hoc basis demand & supply and inventory scenarios with a holistic view of Omi channel KPI targets and demand and supply integration. Facilitate decision making by providing clear fact base.
  • Review the status-quo and disclose risks or opportunities to ensure target achievements. Drive cross-functional alignment and actions well executed
  • Leadweeklyinventory meeting with issues diagnosis. Drive decision making and follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions well executed.
  • Work with the channels to improve the inventory balance, mitigaterisks and capture opportunities
  • Work on overall inventory reduction and cross-channel inventory optimization by driving or co-leading different cross-functional initiatives
  • Drive/Facilitate inventory allocationand cross channel movement.
  • Co-Lead system enhancement with IT and Data analytics to improve inventory ‘s visibility across channels and reporting’s automation
  • Work with analytics team to create various inventory reports and dashboards

Financial

  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory fact base.
  • Master the know-how of process & methodology of inventory target setting and RFC

Others

  • Frequent communications among Channels and other internal functions (Wholesale, Own Retail, eCommerce, Finance, SCM etc.)

  • OR, eCom, SCM,BUs,Finance


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic thinking and ability to work with cross function team to drive the initiatives.
  • High analytical skills for strategy development, demand planning area’s management job in sports brandis preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills
  • Strong decision taking and determinationand shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
  • Fluent in written and spoken local language as well as English. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • with marketing and sales focus
  • Minimum5years’ experience in commercial functions,at least 3 years’ experience of people and operational management
  • Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain
  • IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills
