Job Requirements
- Triage and resolve incidents reported on Q2O domain.
- Perform data fixes as required to ensure Quotes are progressed.
- Generate reports by executing SQL/PLSQL queries as per requirements given by Sales (Admin) teams.
- Support multiple NetApp releases of Quoting & Pricing tool.
- Strong in SQL and PL/SQL programming and debugging.
- Strong understanding of Oracle’s APPS R12 (AOL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
- Total IT experience of 6+ years.
- 3+ years of Oracle Quoting, Advanced pricing modules. (Preferable).
