It involves assisting in identifying and analysing risks, suggesting efficiencies and improvements, exercising judgment in executing tasks, and supporting the implementation of risk management strategies.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Contribute to team discussions and engage in collaborative problem-solving related to risk management.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing risks that may impact operations and objectives.
- Suggest efficiencies and improvements within defined processes and procedures.
- Exercise judgment in executing tasks and contributing to solutions.
- Support the implementation of risk management strategies and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
- Excel and pivot table skills is a requirement.
- Ability for data analytics using: SQL, Python
- Ability to use Data Visualization Reporting: Tableau, Power BI, Looker
- Tools & Platforms: Notebooks, Google, BigQuery
- Experience in one of the followingareas: eCommerce,online payments, usertrust/risk/fraud investigation/product abuse
- Strong process improvement, prioritization, and multi-tasking capabilities
- Demonstrated analytical thinking through data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of database structures
- Outstanding leadership, influencing, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills. This position supports clients based in South Korea and Taiwan. Therefore, fluency in English and Korean is essential.
