* Passion for innovation and delivery of high quality products.
* Understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and design patterns.
* Experience working with complex high performance, low latency systems implemented in Java.
* Ad-Tech and oRTB understanding is a plus but not needed.A day in the life
* Work with Product and Business teams to drive requirements with Publishers.
* Implement and drive features that span code across multiple teams in the Ad Tech Org.
* Work with PE's across org's to design features for long term and short term feasibility based on business requirements.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
