Job Description:

• Developing new products and product platforms to maintain and expand 3M’s Film and Graphic Portfolio to enable business growth and further our competitive position in the marketplace
• Commercializing new products aligned to global customer needs in collaboration with division-wide, cross-functional teams
• Collaborating with research teams from Corporate Research and Business Labs to develop new technology, product, and manufacturing capabilities
• Deep diving in key raw materials study for graphic film products. Lead or support raw materials dual sourcing or localizing to drive cost down, consistent quality and stable supply
• Developing a strong understanding of our customer/market needs
• Initiating and contributing to the development of Intellectual Property and IP strategies
