Job Description

Brand Strategy Development:
  • Lead local Brand Committees and gather customer needs, segmentation, and drivers/barriers to inform the development of brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine segmentation strategy based on customer input.
  • Forecast and plan sales forecasts and investments.
  • Work in an Agile methodology with the cross-functional team.
Implementation:
  • Implement Marketing Strategy and multichannel MCC Branded programs.
  • Create and manage content across multiple platforms and timings.
  • Participate in Field Visits and Regional Sales representative meetings.
  • Track key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to healthcare professional (HCP) education by developing plans and interacting with Scientific Leaders.
  • Attend Scientific Congresses with Scientific Leaders.
  • Develop local speakers and organize local speaker engagements.
  • Participate in Local/National Ad Boards.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other related Health Diploma or University degree in Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry, with backgrounds such as CRA, medical affairs, access, marketing, sales, or finance.
  • Preferred: experience in Oncology, particularly in Lung, Gastric, Melanoma, Head & Neck, or Breast Tumors & Diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Promotion experience, including co-creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs and developing Brand plans.
  • Familiarity with sales organizations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of foundational marketing strategy.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management abilities.
  • High degree of integrity and ethics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Innate innovative thinking and a habit of continuous learning.
