- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in building relationships with internal/external stakeholders in business delivery/client engagement and partner management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market.
- Experience in organizational and project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams with the ability to help account managers to prioritize and build relationships across different sites.
- Ability to initiate and execute cross functional projects.
- Ability to synthesize results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities with excellent numbers and analysis skills.
