Required technical and professional expertise
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with GitHub and DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, JSON, REST, SOAP, business rules, and script includes.
- Awareness of User Experience (UX) design principles.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Fluent or native-level English proficiency.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Portal, widgets, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client and Server scripts, UI Pages, REST API, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of MID Server and direct/scripted web services.
- Experience in database administration, table management, stored procedures, functions, views, and indexes.
- Knowledge of AI concepts to support the integration and development of AI services (IBM Watson preferred).
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Good experience in software development or related areas.
- Strong understanding of both SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, DB2) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and concepts for Monitoring and Event Management.
- Experience in writing and executing Unit and Integration Tests as part of Test-Driven DevOps Development.
