- Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in digital marketing with platforms, agencies, and partners.
- 6 years of experience in a people management role.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently in order to support the client management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, complex environment with a growth mindset and excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and operate in ambiguity, including the ability to propose and sell creative solutions across a diverse range of key decision makers, including C-levels from different industries.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executive internal stakeholders.
- Passion for Small and Medium Businesses, with a drive to innovate and think out of the box.
