Leads the recruitment, training, and development of the Finance COE.
Establishes programs that research, select, pilot and implement Finance innovation in systems, processes and people tools and development.
Partner with global finance and business leaders to establish service level agreements that support the business and its emerging needs, meets key performance indicators and adjusts the scope of COE services as needed.
Engage in delivery of global projects and programs including IT projects.
Acts as a critical partner to Corporate Legal in various global compliance matters and to the Tax and Treasury functions for maintenance of effective financial strategies
Develop and oversees internal controls and maintain operational efficiency and the delivery of assistance in the completion of audits of the Consolidated Group and Local Entities.
Leading and Managing a team of 200+ professionals.
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years in global financial shared services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
The qualified candidate must reside within a daily commutable distance to the NetApp Bangalore office location.
Strong people management, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Experience Leading and Managing a team of 150+ professionals.
Experience with Oracle, Salesforce and other enterprise software solutions.
Professional degree in finance or a related field. Accounting certification desirable.
