- Experience working on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously and drive projects to completion, with effective attention to detail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders/partners and influence decision-making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, with effective business acumen.
