As the Talent Acquisition Partner for NetApp GTM Function, you will establish and oversee the full life cycle of the hiring process for all go-to-market roles within APAC. The hiring process for go-to-market roles includes developing search strategies, market mapping, name generation, cold calling, candidate attraction, assessment, offer preparation / extension onboarding and client management. You will partner with senior leaders to gain a deep understanding of business needs and challenges and develop strategies to identity and attract top-tier diverse talent.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Sales and Go-to-market roles.
- Manage recruitment activities from the discovery stage to sourcing, screening and offer negotiations, till such time that the candidate is onboard.
- Build detailed hiring plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Provides insights on talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and be able to influence hiring decisions accordingly.
- Research and report on competitive and market driven insights/ market mapping to help hiring managers better understand their unique talent markets.
- Build talent pipelines, own and nurture candidate relationships - to ensure the right talent is available when needed.
- Develop strong relationships with the Business Leaders/ Hiring Managers, HR Business partners, Finance, Total Rewards, DEI&B, Talent Enablement and ensure a streamlined hiring process and positive Hiring Manager / Candidate experience.
- Provide advice and counsel on job descriptions.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment for the Go To Market function, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
- Experiences in collaborating with Senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Possess strong ability to screen, evaluate and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Has advanced knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, and the ability to leverage them to source and attract top talent.
- Ability to research and report about the competitive market landscape and build hiring plans accordingly.
- Has the ability to analyse data and metrics to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Ability to drive the Talent acquisition Programs and Initiatives with the business leaders
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
