We’re looking for a People Solutions Consultant ELC.
This role will be one of the main points of contact and source of expertise for ELC leadership on a broad range of HR related matters.
The candidate needs to have an exceptional customer focus and ability to identify opportunities to enhance a seamless Nike Inc teammate experience with strong communication and listening skills to engage with a broad business audience (employees to executives).

- DATA DRIVEN: You naturally utilize data when advising and making decisions (ad hoc and dashboards) and are preferably specialized in data analytics.
- PROACTIVE: A proactive attitude and innovative mindset, alongside a solution-oriented approach, with excellent organization skills and a tolerance for ambiguity.
- TEAMWORK: An expert in balancing between being a dynamic team player and a self-sustaining professional.
- Experience in training delivery and in participating in HR/Employee Relations projects.
- Knowledge of the People Solutions portfolio is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the People Solutions Consulting team and you’ll proactively and reactively support our people leaders in leading and coaching their teams. You’ll create context in and support the execution of HR & Staffing processes, policies, and programs. You’ll work in a fast paced, changing environment where status quo is not an option. As a HR expert across several different HR disciplines, you’ll work closely with your People Solutions manager on a range of strategic initiatives, whilst co-creating with the business as a way of working together.
Daily you will:
- Service all leadership teams via the ServiceNow tool with the correct answers and data on a broad range of HR policy and process interpretation questions, and for advice and counsel on misconduct and corrective action.
- Do investigations & provide advice and counsel to the business, HR and investigative partners on topics such as quality of work/performance issues, misconduct and policy violations and corrective action.
- Drive HR processes on Performance Evaluation, Presenteeism, Talent & Staffing by performing analysis and reporting, delivering insights and create executive-ready materials.
- Build new & innovative HR capabilities, translate & evolve current HR processes and guidelines in cross-functional project teams to create a better Nike Inc Teammate experience and considering our dynamic 24.7 Organization.
- Assure correct reflection of the organization in the systems (coaching leaders in self-service + collaboration with Data Management teams in EHQ/WHQ)
