- Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, a relevant scientific field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a Data Science role using data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or machine learning.
- Experience in any one of the following areas: causal inference, A/B testing, statistical modeling, or Machine Learning.
- Experience with SQL and Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a Data Science role supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support.
- Experience in NLP, LLMs, and/or Generative AI.
- Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, Pandas etc.).
- Ability to draw conclusions from data, connect with cross-functional stakeholders, and recommend actions.
- Ability to break down technical concepts into simple terms and present to diverse, technical, and non-technical audiences.
