• Lead and Design Robust Systems: Take ownership of architecture and design of applications, services and librarires, ensuringscalability, resilience, and performance at an Enterprise level.

• Set Technical Direction: Guide technical standards, best practices,andarchitectural frameworks

• Mentor and Grow: Provide mentorship and coaching toless experienced developers, helping to build a high-performance team.

• Write Excellent Code: We care deeply about the craft of code—whether it’s enhancing user experience, optimizing performance, or enhancing an API design.

• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with global teammates to form a high-performing software development team.

• Drive Innovation: Identify and experiment with emerging technologies, driving theapplication of AI to solve challenging business problems.

• Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and project stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven Track Record:Demonstrated success in designing and deployinghigh-impact applications. Experience of leading development efforts from inception to production.

• Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Ability to approach challenges from a holistic perspective, balancing technical requirements with business goals.

• Architecture and Design Expertise: Extensive experience in system design, architectural principles, and microservices architecture.Ability to design fault tolerant, high-availability systems.

• Expertise with LLMs: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and a strong interest in AI.

• Mastery: Extensive experiencein at least two server-side languages(Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go)and the abilitiy to switch languages use the best tool for the job.

• Inquisitive Mindset: Eager to learn, experiment, and stay updated with emerging technologies.

• Cloud Native & Kubernetes: Proven experience in developing and deployingmicroservice architecture applications using cloud-nativetools,such as Kubernetes
  

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software development
