Ensuring Day to Day quality service delivery by:

  • Defining and tracking various service quality KPIs and SLAs for our customers
  • Working together with the team towards improving several day-to-day operational tasks
  • Supporting leads on different improving initiatives
  • Driving projects and programs related to process improvement initiatives on the daily operational activities.
  • Able to coordinate and orchestrate the work between the teams.
  • Able to build up quality management reports for operations teams - Strong collaboration with different regions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ work experience in IT technologies.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Availability for operations and 24/7 delivery.
  • Understanding of SLA/KPI tracking · Familiar with ITIL concepts of Service Management and Root Cause Analysis
  • Management of multiple activities requiring cross team coordination

Nice to Have

  • ITIL Certification
  • Creation and reporting to executive managers.
  • Able to communicate successfully at different levels of the organization.
