MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership and Profitability: Be responsible for the store, optimising resources and processes to drive profitability in different market conditions.
• Financial Management and KPIs: Know in detail the Profit & Loss situation and make commercial decisions based on financial criteria.
• Data and Trend Analysis :Record and analyse activity data (such as sales per square metre) to forecast sales and adapt commercial strategies.

Team Development and Talent Management:

• Train and lead the team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives.
• Foster sales skills and capabilities in all relevant categories.
• Identify and develop the growth potential of employees.

Administration and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Minimise losses through Profit Protection procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximise business opportunities.

¿WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU??

• A minimum of 18 months in the sports/fashion retail environment.
• Minimum 12 months experience as Store Manager or equivalent position
• High level of English
