A Typical Day:
You will be responsible for driving performance improvement initiatives across different projects and programs within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to enhance overall performance and achieve optimal results.
- Contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for the team and manage strategic transformation programs
- Conduct thorough analysis of key metrics, performance data, and processes to identify root causes and develop actionable insights.
- Shape and implement initiatives/ programs to achieve our strategic priorities
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans, initiatives, and methodologies to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
- Monitor and track the progress of performance improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and implementation
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance optimization and recommend innovative approaches to enhance performance.
- Foster a culture of performance excellence by promoting a data-driven and results-oriented mindset across the organization
Your Expertise:
- 10+ years of owning end to end business outcomes, identifying data backed improvement opportunities and implementing transformational changes
- 4 Plus Years of Experience in Engagement, Project or Program Management
- Experience in working with xFn partners collaboratively, specially product and engineering. Experience in tooling and systems enhancement is preferred.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects with limited oversight
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and push work forward in an ambiguous environment with changing priorities
- Experienced in presenting/facilitating meetings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (including leadership)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and analyzing KPIs
