Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Manager
As our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Manager you’ll be working with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements and then provide expert guidance on how to configure and use Dynamics 365 F&O to meet their needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a local team of Dynamics 365 F&O finance consultants and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage finance-related activities on Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and then provide guidance on how to configure and use Dynamics 365 F&O to meet those requirements.
- Be part of a local team of Dynamics 365 F&O finance consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and features and assess their applicability to our clients' needs.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, including experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

- Experience leading teams of consultants or analysts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
