Essential Requirements

• Master's degree inMechanicalor Thermal Engineeringand expect to graduate between 2024February to 2025December

• Fundamental thermal and electrical cooling knowledge, including CAE/Simulation tool and empirical tests

• Data analysis and root cause analysiswith logical thinking

• Good Communication and presentation skill

• Good or Fluent in English communication
