As the Director of Creative Services for Honeywell Building Automation, you will be responsible for leading and executing creative as well as content strategy, execution, and quality to support demand generation, digital marketing campaigns, sales collateral and events. You will play a critical role in leveraging technology to create and optimize content in support of business goals.

You will report to our VP of Marketing and lead our Creative and Content team.

In this role, you will impact the success of our business by:

Planning, designing, and executing creative deliverables including but not limited to stills, video, digital advertisements, brochures, and web copy.

Taking responsibility for the high quality, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines

Leading project support processes including budgeting, resourcing and reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and optimize assets that can be leveraged across various channels

Analyze and report on the performance of content and creative used in campaigns to take data-driven optimizations

PEOPLE LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive employee engagement and retention

Recruit top talent and promote a culture of excellence

YOU MUST HAVE:

12+ years of experience in creative and content marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing

At least 3 years in a creative agency

Proven track record of developing, designing, and executive creative and content for use in marketing campaigns

WE VALUE:

Master's degree in Marketing, Design or a related field

Prior application of content and creative for lead generation, digital marketing campaigns and events

Familiarity with applying AI to creative and content applications

Experience in the building automation industry is a plus but not required
