  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our product within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion.
  • Lead discovery and demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of ’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the CRM product in the market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale
Your Experience & Skills
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals - must
  • Native English speaker - must
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Additional languages – German advantage
  • Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment
