People Management and Proposal Development:Coach team members for growth and career advancement while developing compelling proposals and value-driven business cases by identifying business drivers and goals to achieve desired business outcomes.
Requirements Analysis and Future-Ready Architecture Planning:Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements and technical specifications, and create roadmaps for future enhancements by understanding the current architecture state of the enterprise.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Extensive experience as a Service Delivery Manager in Banking sector
Deep expertise in running long term contracts in application management space
Deep understanding of service management principles, frameworks (such as ITIL)
