Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing projects, delivering technical solutions/architecture, and developing and maintaining technical solutions in visualized environments.
- Experience architecting, designing and deploying distributed data processing systems with one or more open source technologies.
- Experience in technical consulting delivery for data solutions in cloud environments.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science or Engineering field.
- Certification in Cloud.
- 8 years of experience managing customer/client-facing big data consulting projects to completion and managing technical delivery.
- Experience devising migration approach, and migrating on-premises data processing systems to the cloud.
- Experience with reading software code in one or more languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python.
- Experience designing and deploying distributed data processing systems with one or more technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, Hadoop, Spark, HBase, Vertica, Netezza, Teradata, Tableau, or MicroStrategy).
