As a CI/CD Engineer, you will be a key player in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and easy-to-maintain Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines. In this role, you will collaborate with R&D teams to drive innovation and enhance developer productivity. You’ll support the team in troubleshooting and optimizing workflows, ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and workflow automation. Your expertise will shape the development workflows and CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Design & Maintenance: Lead the design, building, and maintenance of scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines to optimize development workflows.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Development Workflow Improvements: Drive continuous improvements to streamline tools and workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and developer productivity.
- CI Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues related to CI, build, and deployment pipelines.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop out-of-the-box solutions to improve productivity and automate workflows.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of industry experience as a CI/CD engineer or build manager.
- CI Expertise: Proficiency in Jenkins; familiarity with GitHub Actions, TeamCity, CircleCI, or other CI/CD tools is an advantage.
- Build & Packaging Tools: Strong knowledge of the Java build ecosystem; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript packaging.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, containers, Kubernetes, and security standards.
- Large-Scale Environment: Proven experience working in complex, large-scale CI/CD environments.
- Problem Solving: Ability to independently solve complex problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, focused on supporting both developers and stakeholders.
