What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Bring
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another with the logistics partners.
- Arrange schedule, andtransportation, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
- Coordinates delivery.
- Ensure loads for shipment are processed in the transport management systems.
- Manages activities throughout the transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met& handle customer claims (delays, lost in transit)
- Continually review freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics. Experience with shipping is an advantage.
- Understanding of quality management principles.
- Problem-solving skills, creative thinking, decision-making ability, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Advanced Office Package knowledge
- Ability to analyze data and understand connections
- Availability to work in shifts: 40h/weekly in rotation shifts (6 am-2:30 pm & 10 am -06:30 pm)
