This role not only advances individual and team development but also significantly contributes to organizational growth, ensuring that learning efforts are finely tuned to the unique needs of stakeholders.
• Progression into the Senior Product Portfolio Manager space is a natural and rewarding next step within this dynamic environment.
• As a vital part of the Philips University Delivery team, you'll serve the entire Philips community, engaging with University colleagues, Center of Expertise, Head of Departments, HR Business Partners, Function leads, and learning & talent partners.

You're the right fit if:

• 5 to 7 years ofdemonstrated experience in managing learning budgets, Managing and maintaining portfolio
• Proficiency in data management and analysis for informed decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Learning and Development, or a related discipline
• Data management / analytics qualification is preferrable
