- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in employee relations/investigations, gained in either an HRBP role, Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience conducting the full life-cycle of workplace concerns or investigations
- Experience with stakeholder management in a global organization
- Ability to successfully work across different identities (e.g., race, gender, etc.) and apply an intersectional lens in daily work and interactions
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven track record of ability to operate with empathy, and diffuse/de-escalate challenging conversations/situations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
