Your Impact
- Build out and manage lab environments and demo systems to replicate customer environments and real-world simulations
- Help customers, channel partners, and system engineers with product related questions and hands-on technical training
- Engage customers in EBC and lead for technologies of your responsibility
- Develop technical content including tech notes, publications, solution guides, white papers, and webinars
- Update field teams on new features e.g. presenting in Sales and SE enablements
- Continues monitoring the performance of new releases after they are available
- Drive the success of customer trials by assisting beta customers with understanding and configuring new product capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback for future product enhancements.
- Review PRDs and engineering specs and provide feedback
- Develop and deliver high-reaching positioning strategies and answer specific questions relative to the product area
- Work with the Documentation team to provide relevant content and validate those.
- Act as the lead technical expert and consultant for SD-WAN offerings, encompassing routing, security, and cloud-managed networking functionalities
- Collaborate with a virtual team on initiatives across functions e.g. to investigate and resolve customer issues, and to gather feature requests
- Drive partners and customer enablement on advanced SD-WAN concepts, including IPv6 adoption, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), security features, and cloud integration
Your Experience
- BS/MS in computer science field or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
- Prior experience delivering technical product training, producing technical collaterals, and presenting to customers
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN architectures, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), and network security technologies (firewalls, VPN, IPSec).
- Proven experience in technical support, product testing, or QA is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and experiment with new technologies
- Experience to setup lab environment and create custom demos simulating customer environments
- Knowledge in building and maintaining POC & Demo environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills and trade show experience
- Self-starter with excellent project organization skills, ability to drive complex projects with high levels of detail and hit deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong customer advocacy skills and experience, ability to work in difficult customer situations
- Excellent people skills, team player & collaboration mentality
