In this role, you will be working with various functional teams to help them to migrate to new tools under Commercial Management.
It requires communicating with the various stakeholders across globe to drive the adoption of the tool. You need to have a flair for learning new tools/ technologies as it would require you to drive discussions with the Tool Development team to fix bugs, carry out user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing and validating the requirements to the technical team.
Primary Objectives:
In this role, you will be expected to drive the below:
- Migrate the clients from legacy tool to the new technology platforms and ensure the adoption percentage targets are achieved
- Quickly evolve to be an SME of the Tool and answer queries of the users to increase usage.
- Support and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing within the release timelines.
- Draft communication (Release communications and other major events) to be rolled out to a wide audience.
- Liaise with the development team to close the bugs and service requests raised by users of the Tool.
- Facilitate and conduct trainings for the users of the Tool.
- Provide live demonstrations to potential adopters across various levels and ranks.
You will need to communicate and act as bridge between the users of the Tool, the Technical team and Area leads to be able to contribute to the success and increase the adoption percentage of the Tool.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Ability to communicate to various stakeholders across the globe for gathering feedbacks and providing demo of the Tool.
- Minimum four years’ experience in working with multiple clients across geographies
- Act as a trusted business advisor including providing a clear and insightful point of view, demonstrating forward and flexible thinking and challenging business assumptions.
- Ability to understand new tools and technology and work collaboratively with the technology team to get the releases rolled out within the timeline.
Qualifications:
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and articulate manner.
- Proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate the needs of the business and deliver accordingly
- Experience with managing projects/ multi country assignments
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI and Reporting/ MIS is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/ Scrum is a preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
