- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in telecommunications at carrier scale working with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3 routers, and data services.
- 6 years of experience managing and building teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing in a Network Operations Center environment.
- Experience collaborating with leadership across various disciplines and being a point of contact for stakeholders, planners, designers, and operational business partners.
- Experience identifying metrics and Key Performance Indicators to measure network operations center performance to report to the management team.
- Ability to lead a team of Network Operations Center engineers and drive improvements in key operations performance indicators.
