Job Summary As the Market Management & Development Sales Analyst, you will report to the regional sales head and be responsible for driving revenues and supporting the Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) Sales team through the deal cycle, and helping to drive sales strategy. Job Responsibilities - Engage on key business decisions with the CEEMEA Head of T&WC Sales that will drive the sales strategy
- Serve as an expert resource for internal and external market knowledge for all things trade and working capital, helping develop and deliver industry leading solution content.
- Provide support on Trade initiatives and ad hoc projects across the CEEMEA team as required.
- Contribute to driving revenues on existing facilities and support the CEEMEA Sales team through the cycle of deal prospecting to closure, leading strategic initiatives to drive sales close times.
- Create deal write-ups to approach partners internally as well as support internal approval processes with deal proposal packages.
- Participate in client calls and prepare informal or formal responses to client requests (including term sheets, and presentations).
- Compare various financing alternatives through pricing and modelling deal scenarios using the Loan Return Calculator.
Required qualifications and capabilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to combine multiple complex ideas into coherent written end-product.
- Experienced individual with prior Trade experience.
- Equipped with expertise of internal trade systems and processes
- Effective at developing and managing stakeholders internally, and externally within the industry.
- Proven leadership skills, acting as a go-to person for projects.
- Excellent work ethic, and ability to manage and work with teams across regions, and across a matrix organisation.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Logical, analytical and organized, with good attention to detail.
