Monitor, analyze and articulate financial performance issues;
Initiate short and long terms programs to support the business in addressing structural and/or market issues that are impacting financial performance;
Financial Planning (short term and long term plan) for the Service Line
2) Operational Project Planning, Implementation & Support
Lead the corresponding service line operation team to implement market segment business transformation initiatives, including establishing internal operation system, executing change management tasks, enhancing metrics monitoring/tracking processes, etc.;
Projects in scope likely to fall within change management, executing and enforcing robust operational and financial controls, and identification of efficiencies;
Project responsibilities will vary from ‘end to end’ responsibility to project management support to project team member;
Construct formal project plans, protocols and governance procedures for a range of projects and programs.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor degree above, 5-8 years working experience;
Experience in working directly with partners and senior executives, and able to influence at all levels and obtain commitments to action;
Self-starter; able to work with limited supervision, to juggle conflicting demands and to prioritize work effectively;
Extroverted characters and willing to take on challenges;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail;
Proactive, analytical, flexible and confident;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operation Analyst.
Communication:
A committed team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent presentation skill in English and Mandarin (both written and oral) is a must;
Proficiency in Cantonese is beneficial;
Overseas education/living experience is considered a plus.
