As a Sr. QAE, you will be responsible for understanding complex distributed systems and developing functional test plans, working with WW stakeholders. You should continuously raise the bar for QA practices such as CI/CD efficiency, establishing and documenting procedures. As a senior member of the team, you will be required to mentor and coach other team members. This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and ability to hit the ground running.You will work with Software Development Engineers to understand features and technical implementation. You will develop automated tests to help fasten testing cycles and release faster to our customers.

- 6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 4+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an QAE role
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing

- Knowledge on testing frameworks and automation experience.
- Proficient in creating status reports for effective stakeholder management.
- Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results.
- Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
