Develop and refine prompts for Generative AI systems, leveraging large language models (LLMs) to automatically identify and extract contractual clauses.
Maintain benchmark to evaluate LLM capabilities in various legal tasks.
Create training material for onboarding ML technologies and end users.
Quality control of extracted contract data.
Guidance and root cause analysis on erroneous data sets.
End user support for updating/correcting Digital Contract Data (DCD) Cockpit information.
Process improvement derived from DCD Data management.
Documentation of data rules, cleansing activities, end user manuals.
What you bring:
Minimum upper-intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional world language (e.g., German, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
A strong team player, capable of effective collaboration on projects and clear communication with global teams in a virtual environment.
Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and possessing strong follow-up skills.
A minimum of a Certificate of Secondary Education; a bachelor's degree in Law, Life Sciences, or Economics is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, OneNote, Outlook, and Excel.
Previous experience in a shared service center environment or contracting is an advantage, as well as the ability to write effective prompts for Generative AI models.
