Description
Ø Review OEMs supply plan and ensure it meets weekly MPS demand. Plan and manage:- Incoming materials- Operators and human resources- FATP equipment capacity- Tooling capacityØ Manage repeat lines/toolings qualifications during ramp and sustaining phase.Ø Manage E&O tracking and secure destruction.Ø Manage implementation of confidentiality procedures.Ø Escalate issues not able to resolve by on-site management.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- 5+ years experiences in high volume manufacturing industry with production management, planning, material management, project management or supply chain management background;
- English & Mandarin proficiency;
- Willing to work from OEM factories within China;
- Willing to work independently and travel frequently upon request (mainly in Asia).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master or MBA
- Experiences of working on NPI or with design center
- Team player, self-motivated & result oriented;
- Good in communication skills and interaction with people;
