

You will play a key roles in EMEA Tax across the following areas;
Tax Compliance & Reporting : Oversee preparation and review of corporate tax returns for UK, Ireland, and international entities; ensure timely and accurate filing of corporation tax, Pillar 2, CBCR, Transfer Pricing, and other direct tax submissions; drive automation and process improvements.
Tax Strategy & Advisory : Advise on tax implications of business transactions; support implementation of global tax strategy including Pillar 2 and transfer pricing compliance; monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the group.
Risk Management & Governance : Maintain robust tax risk management framework and internal controls; liaise with tax authorities and manage audits and queries; ensure compliance with global reporting obligations.
Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Global Tax, and Commercial teams; provide clear communication of tax issues to leadership and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement : Drive process enhancements and automation in tax compliance and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Essential Requirements
Master's Degree in Tax, AND Professional qualification (CTA, AITI, or equivalent) AND minimum 8+ years’ experience in corporate tax, with exposure to international tax matters.
Strong technical knowledge of UK and Irish corporate tax; experience with IFRS tax accounting.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in tax technology and data analytics tools and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Requirements
Experience in a multinational environment or Big Four background preferred.
