We are currently seeking to fill 6-month internship positions performing the role of Digital Pipeline Coordinators. As a Pipeline Coordinator you will work together with Recruiters and Selection Specialists to make sure we deliver an extraordinary candidate experience.

• Review and update application status for candidates that have applied to IBM based on resume match and assessment results.
• Discover additional potential candidates in our system.
• Open new requisitions.

• You are an active university student
• Fluent in English & German
• Available minimum 20 hours per week
• You are confident in your communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with the HR/recruitment area
