Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate the appropriate marketing mix, product focus, and target market to ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth within their assigned territory.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs
  • Proactively engage with the sales and product marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Recognize and adapt marketing plans to changes in the marketplace for optimal success
  • Drive stakeholder management
  • Communicate campaign follow up with sales teams and leaders while closely monitoring progress

Qualifications

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Degree level education with 5-10 years marketing experience in B2B industry
  • Experience developing and executing successful plans to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Eloqua/Marketo), analytics and business insight tools (Tableau).

  • Strong communication and influential skills and ability to work with sales leadership
  • Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects
  • Capability to digitally target and evolve sales process using new technologies
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market dynamics
  • Possess a passion for direct mail strategy and evolution
  • Knowledge of b2b sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
  • Ability to never lose sight of the big picture while executing and measuring ongoing programs for optimization
  • Commitment to professionalism and collegiality is required.
  • Strong desire to interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable campaigns.
