Roles/Responsibilities:
- Cultivate the appropriate marketing mix, product focus, and target market to ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth within their assigned territory.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs
- Forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs
- Proactively engage with the sales and product marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
- Recognize and adapt marketing plans to changes in the marketplace for optimal success
- Drive stakeholder management
- Communicate campaign follow up with sales teams and leaders while closely monitoring progress
Qualifications
Education, Experience & Training required:
- Degree level education with 5-10 years marketing experience in B2B industry
- Experience developing and executing successful plans to drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Eloqua/Marketo), analytics and business insight tools (Tableau).

- Knowledge of b2b sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
- Ability to never lose sight of the big picture while executing and measuring ongoing programs for optimization

- Strong desire to interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable campaigns.
