Cultivate the appropriate marketing mix, product focus, and target market to ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth within their assigned territory.
Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs
Forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs
Proactively engage with the sales and product marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
Recognize and adapt marketing plans to changes in the marketplace for optimal success
Drive stakeholder management
Communicate campaign follow up with sales teams and leaders while closely monitoring progress
Qualifications
Education, Experience & Training required:
Degree level education with 5-10 years marketing experience in B2B industry
Experience developing and executing successful plans to drive pipeline and revenue
Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Eloqua/Marketo), analytics and business insight tools (Tableau).
