Tests and modifies general systems-level software/hardware, specialized utility and/or hardware. Interprets wireless specifications. Designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Documents systems-level defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to developers. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents problems with program function, output, or content. Develops testing programs that assess effectiveness of a new system or modification of an existing system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Function:

  • Working on IoT software Display feature testing, including DSI panel / DP / HDMI / HDR / Color Management, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Take Display testing independently.

  • Understand feature technique, design case, execute testing, report bug and track to closed.

  • Continuously improve test efficiency by automation/tools

Skill Requirements:

  • Know Android/Linux Display/Graphics knowledge, including Surface Flinger, Wayland, Weston, Mesa, HDMI, DP, HDR, chromatics(sRGB/P3/BT2020), etc.

  • BS 3+ or MS 1+ experience of embedded products software testing.

  • 1+ experience of Python/Lua programming.

  • Experience of Graphics test (OpenGL ES CTS/OpenCL CTS/Vulkan CTS) is preferred.

  • Capability of automation framework development is preferred.

  • Strong responsibility and excellent cooperation ability.

  • Be good at learning new technology.

  • Good English skills both in reading and writing.

Education Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communication Engineering.
