What a typical day looks like:
- This role assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
- Determinate required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation to meet customer’s requirements.
- Support customers application
- Analyze new requirements
- Write functional and technical specifications for developers
- Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
- Monitors project progress, timelines and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Verify newly developed processes
- Develop impromptu reports according to users’ requests
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Fresh graduate will be considered
