Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

1. Construction excellence - project planning , monitoring , procurement and contracts , cost reduction , value engineering , Construction PMO

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

1. If from MBB - then experience working for at least 1-2 transformation program for real estate developer

2. if from Big 4 - then experience of working at least 5+ real estate consulting program on nature of work and delivered outcomes

3. if from industry - 10+ years of experience with strong track record and understanding of subject

for constuction excellence - Civil / Mechinical engineering / Post grad in that + MBA will help
