Responsible for timely collating of payroll relevant data and transmitting all payroll input to our external payroll vendors for Austria and Switzerland
Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records
Process advance, termination and other out-of-cycle payments
Independently coordinate and liaise with our internal stakeholders and/or external parties (as required)
Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
Run, develop and distribute payroll and HR reports to various stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
Manage relationships with country payroll partners to ensure timely and accurate payments, making recommendations for and implementing process improvements
What You’ll Bring
Experience in Payroll input preparation
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of HRIS and E-Ticketing tool systems a plus
Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in a fast-changing environment
Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
German and English language skills; both written and spoken
