#Your Challenge?
- Processing and coordination of offers, contracts and tenders for our customers in Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg
- Process pricing and ensure relevant approvals are in place.
- Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
- Investigate, identify and correct customer pricing queries and credit requests.
- Own, maintain, develop and manage tender trackers.
- Effectively administer the tender process and pre-qualifications, tendering and commercial proposals for current and potential customers
- To be the central point of contact for any queries / clarification during the tender process, including awareness of Terms & Conditions, challenging clauses etc.
- Interpret, communicate and aid in the preparation and delivery of excellent tender responses.
- Submitting tender documents and ensuring that bids and tenders are submitted with the correct information and prior to any set deadline
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships, while encouraging open discussions through regular communications which contributes to continuous improvement opportunities.
- Delivers above customer and company expectations within agreed time frames.
- Drives improved internal and external customer satisfaction and reports on issues.
Successfully completed commercial training and 3 years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service or price management, ideally in the area of tenders and/or a Sales supporting role.Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, good time management, high degree of self-organization, structured way of working
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Very good MS Office user skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word
Experience in working with an ERP system, ideally SAP R3/SD or S4/HANA, would be an asset
Experience in working with a CRM system, ideally SalesForce / ServiceCloud, would be an asset
Fluent in Dutch, good written and spoken English skills, French is a plus.
