Design and oversee the architecture of the EIS v12 platform and its integrations
Define technical standards and best practices for development teams
Mentor and support developers in their growth
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
Lead the transformation of the core insurance system (phased go-live, migration)

Skills and attributes for success:
Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience with EIS v12
Strong architectural and backend development skills
Experience in large-scale projects (multiple teams, Agile methodology)
Deep understanding of enterprise integration and DevOps practices
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Insurance domain experience (e.g., Guidewire) is highly desirable
Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
Nice to Have:
Willingness to travel frequently (rewarded)
Experience working with international teams
Familiarity with other insurance solutions
