Your key responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the architecture of the EIS v12 platform and its integrations
  • Define technical standards and best practices for development teams
  • Mentor and support developers in their growth
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Lead the transformation of the core insurance system (phased go-live, migration)

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience with EIS v12
  • Strong architectural and backend development skills
  • Experience in large-scale projects (multiple teams, Agile methodology)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Insurance domain experience (e.g., Guidewire) is highly desirable
  • Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Willingness to travel frequently (rewarded)
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Familiarity with other insurance solutions
