Here’s What You Need
Bachelor of engineering in Instrumentation & control from reputed institution.
As engineer , have full responsibility for material requisitioning of process control and safety system , including control valves, flow , pressure , level and temperature devices , analyzers and other instrument components.
10-15 years’ experience. Should have worked in PV Solar Cells manufacturing projects. Having experience in ingots/wafers/cells plant
- Instrument Hookup , Installation , cable routing , cable sizing, tray sizing, Selection of Junction Boxes.
- As engineers , have full understanding of Hazardous Area and its classification.
- Preparation of complete instrumentation design , engineering and construction package.
- P&IDs Review , HAZOP meeting, SIL meeting .
- Internal Discipline Coordination.
- Preparation of specification and datasheets for field instruments and control valves.
- Technical Bid Evaluation and vendor drawings review.
- Instrument Index ( preferably in SPI ) / Instrument Database including Control system IOs
- Preparation of Control System specification including system architecture.
- Understanding of international codes & standards.
- Added preference will be for adequate knowledge in Building Management System (BMS) , Material Execution System( MES).
