To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards, social media, and company career pages to ensure maximum visibility.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and participate in interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines. Provide guidance on best practices and market trends.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful hires.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
