Job Area:

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting lead Systems Analyst for managing enterprise-wide system strategies and enhancements. This is a hands-on role and will assist in creating robust and scalable solutions, driving effective outcomes by aligning business goals with technology/and application capabilities. You will be involved in all phases from requirement collection to Design, Development, and deployment to Production. This position provides a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow in the role with complete exposure to the entire Tax and Trade ecosystem across new project initiatives, updates, enhancements, and support activities.

Responsibilities

· Plan, capture, analyze and validate the business, functional requirements and create business deliverables

· Understand the applications, and technical platforms utilized

· Produce product requirements including specifications, process flows, mock-ups, and wireframes

· Translate business requirements for the development teams

· Support testing of the business requirements against the functionality of solutions

· Ability to successfully synthesize data and derive business decisions

· Automate current manual processes to improve efficiency

Required Skills/Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

· 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role

· Experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements

· Traceability matrix, end to end mapping from user story/business requirement through product/feature launch

· User acceptance test plan test case writing, planning, and execution

· Effectively communicate with all levels of business and IT

· Proven critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Experience utilizing an Enterprise-class ITSM system (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) and Enterprise-class project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc.) to facilitate, track, advance and complete essential duties

· Experience with Microsoft Visio or other BPM tools

· Experience with Analytics and BI Platform (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Qlikview)

· Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP tools preferred

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

· Bilingual English and Chinese is preferred

· Experience with RPA preferred

· Experience with Alteryx preferred

· 2+ years of experience with Tax and Trade system implementation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or related field and 3+ years of experience with business systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP), Microsoft suite, or related systems/applications.

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5+ years of experience with business systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP), Microsoft suite, or related systems/applications.
